Design
A lead designer sets direction and the finished look; a project designer produces the full drawing set and works with fabrication and site. Styling and fit-out advance together, so what you approve is what gets built.
Construction
Site build and installation by our own crews, with daily progress updates. Schedule and quality stay fully under control.
Fabrication & Workshop
Our own workshop makes set pieces, metalwork, faux florals and décor objects, with no limits set by outside suppliers.

From first conversation to handover, every step has a clear outcome.

Consultation
We map the venue: new build or renovation, floor area and ceiling height, columns, number of halls and tables, target opening date — and survey the local banquet market to position the project.
- 02
Design
We measure on site and record beams, heights and services, then develop styling and fit-out proposals for a new build or a renovation, with renderings in a draft round and a final round.
- 03
Build & Fabricate
Fit-out, styling and workshop fabrication run in parallel, sequenced against your soft-opening date, with daily progress updates from site.
- 04
Delivery
On-site installation, styling and lighting commissioning, faithful to the renderings — followed by operations training so the hotel can open without delay.

What hotel owners ask us most
Venue constraints, timelines and how we communicate — the short answers.
- Our ceiling is low and the hall has columns. Can it still become a wedding hall?
- Yes. A renovation starts from the existing ceiling height, beams and columns, all recorded during the site survey. We never propose what the structure cannot support.
- How are the design and construction schedules set?
- We work backwards from your target soft-opening date: the design period first, then a construction sequence tailored to a new build or a renovation, with every milestone visible.
- How do we communicate during design?
- A lead designer and a project designer are your two points of contact. You receive progress updates every two to three days, and renderings are confirmed as drafts before final images are produced.
- How close will the finished hall be to the renderings?
- Design, construction and fabrication are all our own teams, so what you approve is what gets built. We are glad to show completed projects and construction records.
- Can a new build include the public areas and façade?
- Yes. A new build is planned as a whole, from the façade and lobby through the ballroom and private dining rooms, in a single consistent style.
- Is there support after handover?
- Yes. Beyond the fit-out itself, we provide banquet operations and marketing training to help the hotel build its team, win bookings and open profitably.
- Where are your teams based?
- Our head office is in Shaanxi, with branches in Wuhan and Taiyuan, and projects across China. For projects elsewhere, the lead and project designers travel to you.
- What should we prepare for a first conversation?
- The location, hotel name, whether it is a new build or a renovation, rough floor area and ceiling height, and the planned opening date. Gaps are fine — a consultant will go through them with you.
